Returns & Exchange Policy

How to Return an Item:

  1. For Account Holders:

    • If you created an account during checkout, simply log in to your account, go to your Order Details, and click on Return an Item. Follow the instructions provided to initiate your return.
  2. For Guest Checkout:

    • If you checked out as a guest, please send an email to info@ridingoption.com to initiate the return process. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in unused condition and with all original packaging intact.

  • Returns must be sent via tracked courier, and you should provide the tracking number to us to ensure the process is expedited.

  • Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned item, you can choose either to exchange the product or request a full refund, including the original shipping charges (if applicable).
  • Exchanges: For UK customers, exchanges are free of charge – you will not be required to pay any reshipment costs.
  • Refunds: If you choose a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in cases where:
    • The return is due to change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect ordering.
    • If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you will also be responsible for any import duties and taxes.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is faulty, does not match the description, or is the wrong item, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at info@ridingoption.com to arrange the return.

Extended Brand Warranties:

Many of the brands we carry at Riding Option, including LS2, AIROH, OXFORD, Viper, and more, come with extended warranties that can last up to 1 year as per the manufacturer's terms.

  • Warranty claims are handled directly by the brand, and any outcome of a warranty claim (including repair or replacement) will be determined by the respective brand.
  • How to claim your warranty: If your product is within the warranty period, please contact us at info@ridingoption.com to initiate the warranty claim. You will need to return the product to us at your own expense as per the brand’s instructions.
